Whether we travel specifically to take photos or just take snapshots here and there on our vacations, as photographers we are all aware that a camera is an indispensable part of any trip. The images we capture help keep the memories of our voyages – both good and maybe not so good – alive for years after the credit card bill has been paid off.
Club members Georgette and Manfred Mueller have travelled across the globe with their cameras for the past four decades and counting. They will share many of their experiences through this presentation, helping to explain through their images the photographic genre called Travel Photography.
Along with tips on timing, photographic gear to take, travel safety, lighting and post-processing, they will share anecdotes from their travels abroad and at home, They hope you will find these educational, informative and useful when taking photographs on your own future journeys.
