The cut off date for submissions is the same date as for the Monthly Challenge – in this case – Friday, March 27th.
Images must be emailed to the regular club email address: contact@ksccc.ca
Members submitting images will be asked during the meeting to share their reasons for why they made a change and how they made the changes.

Don’t forget about the 2020 Winter Photo Challenge to “Create a Photography Project”. Images for this challenge must also be submitted by noon on Friday, February 28th.
The next assignment is High/Low/Odd Angles and these images will be shown at the meeting on April 3rd.

Sandy Sharkey, who presented her brilliant images of wild horses at our club in November 2018, has an exhibition at the LaLande + Doyle exhibition space in the lower lobby area at Shenkman Arts Centre until February 23rd. You can meet Sandy there on Sunday afternoon February 16 from 1-3 pm. More information here.
The School of Photographic Arts of Ottawa is showing Meditations on Black Lake by internationally acclaimed Montreal-based artist Nadia Myre at their gallery located at 77 Pamilla Street just east of Preston Street. This exhibition continues Monday-Saturday 12-5 until March 6. More information here.

At the February 7th meeting, Frank Knor gave a presentation where he showed before and after views of several of his images and explained how he had improved them in Photoshop Elements by removing distractions, adding catch lights, cloning, sharpening …

At the February 7th meeting, John Williamson gave a presentation on Photoshop Elements. He explained some of the tools and keyboard shortcuts then edited an image removing a birdhouse, enhancing the colour and adding clouds to what was a boring sky. You can review John’s notes here.
Congratulations to Kanata Seniors Centre Camera Club member Debbie Pinard whose image:
