March Monthly Meeting

The next monthly meeting will be held on Friday, March 1st starting at 9:15 a.m.

The agenda for the meeting is:

  • Opening Remarks
  • Update on Library and Senior Center Photo Display 
  • Presentation on Street Photography in Portugal by Ted Timmons
  • Coffee Break (Debbie and Jay-Dee will be available to answers questions)
  • Slideshow of Member Images from the February Challenge on “People in Landscapes”
  • The next Meeting will be on April 5th. The theme for the Monthly Challenge will be “Repetition“
  • Monthly Photo Review
  • Monthly Challenge Proposals by Club Members
  • Information on Exec Discussion/Decisions of the 15 Member Suggested Items during the October Meeting to help make club more “Member driven”
  • Member Slide Shows (if time permits)
  • Concluding Remarks

Your images must be emailed to contact@ksccc.ca by noon on Friday, February 23rd to be included in the meeting. Indicate clearly in your email that your images are for the Monthly Challenge and which one you would like to submit for the Photo Review. You may send up to three images for the Monthly Challenge and nominate one image for the Monthly Photo Review.

If you do not receive an email confirming that your images have been received, send a follow-up email to contact@ksccc.ca. For details on how to submit photos, including formats and titles, go to our Pictures/How to Submit page.

February Monthly Meeting

The next monthly meeting will be held on Friday, February 2nd starting at 9:15 a.m.

  • Presentation on Thinking Outside the Box by Jay-Dee Purdie
  • Coffee Break: We are trying something new during coffee break this month. There will be a “help desk” available for 20 minutes for any questions or concerns members might have. This month, Debbie and Jay-Dee will be available.

  • Slideshow of Member Images from the January Challenge on “Emotions”
  • The next Meeting will be on March 1st. The theme for the Monthly Challenge will be “People in Landscapes“
